A refund or exchange is only offered where the item ordered arrives faulty or damaged. To ensure the issue can be resolved quickly, please email your order number, images of the fault, and a short description within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Any faulty or damaged returns must be finalised and posted back within 5 working days.

Yes, artwork hire is available for a range of spaces and occasions. Please get in touch with details of your project and I’d be happy to discuss options with you.

Once your order is placed, it will be carefully packaged, processed and shipped within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your artwork has been dispatched. I use registered post and trusted courier services, and all deliveries require a signature on arrival. Please allow up to 10 business days from dispatch for delivery to some locations.
